Team building for companies: activities that genuinely bring your team together

We plan team building activities for companies with all the logistics handled: the activity, the venue, the facilitators, the materials, the insurance and the catering — which comes out of our own kitchen. Food, outdoor, creative and charity experiences in Madrid, Barcelona, Mallorca and Ibiza, as part of our event planning service. Tell us how many you are and what you’re after and within 24–48 h you’ll have a proposal with a fixed written quote, no obligation.

We’ve all endured a team building day of awkward icebreakers and polite applause. Ours is a different thing: activities people would enjoy even if they weren’t work — with the logistics so well handled that all HR has to do is join in.

Team building activities: our catalogue

Every team has its thing. These are the formats we plan most — and if you have another in mind, we design it from scratch. We start with the food experiences: we’re kitchen and floor people, so this is home ground.

Team cooking challenge

Brigades, a basket of ingredients, a time limit and a jury from our own kitchen. Then the best part: you eat what you cooked.

Cocktail-making workshop

Each team creates its company cocktail with our bartenders. Competitive, delicious and dangerously popular.

Blind tasting and pairing

Wines, olive oils or cheeses by teams: the finest palate wins (and the loudest bragger loses).

Paella competition

Open air, by brigades and over a real fire. The classic that never fails at fincas and outdoor venues.

Outdoor, creative and charity activities

Urban gymkhana

Challenges and riddles across the city, by teams and against the clock: Madrid and Barcelona are perfect playgrounds.

Company olympics

Sporting and absurd challenges in equal measure, with a podium, medals and a guaranteed rematch next year.

Sailing and water activities in the Balearics

A team regatta, paddle surfing or a day on a boat in Mallorca or Ibiza: the team building that feels like an incentive trip.

Mystery and escape games

A case to crack as a team, in a venue or right at your own office.

Collective creative workshop

Building something together — a piece, a mural, an invention — that stays at the office telling the story.

Charity team building

Cooking as a team to donate the meals, or building kits for a local NGO: bonding with a result that genuinely matters.

Which teams (and which moments) it works for

A good team building is chosen by goal, not by catalogue. The ones we’re asked for most: integrating new hires or freshly merged teams, unblocking teams burnt out by a tough quarter, celebrating a great result and kicking off the year with energy. It works from 10 to more than 200 people — we split large groups into rotations — and for international teams too: we facilitate in four languages.

Team building + dinner or party: the combo that works

The activity breaks the ice; the table seals it. That’s why our star format is an activity in the afternoon and dinner afterwards — same proposal, same point of contact, without moving the group across town. In the Christmas season the combo becomes the perfect year-end plan: see how we plan corporate Christmas dinners. And if the activity is part of a bigger event — a convention, a family day, an anniversary — we build it into your corporate event.

What the planning includes

Here’s the difference between booking an activity and planning a team building. Our proposal covers:

The full activity

Facilitators and monitors, materials, prizes and a design adapted to your team and your goal.

The venue

A finca, a room, a terrace, a beach or your own offices. We shortlist real options and handle the booking.

The catering

Welcome coffee, lunch or a closing cocktail from our own kitchen — and in the food experiences, the meal IS the activity.

The logistics

Transport if needed, insurance, timings and a weather plan B, locked in beforehand.

The coordination

One manager in charge all day and a single point of contact for you.

Where we plan it: Madrid, Barcelona, Mallorca and Ibiza

Madrid

Gymkhanas through the centre, team cooking and company olympics at fincas on the outskirts.

Barcelona

Our home: from a cocktail workshop in a singular venue to a gymkhana through the Born or a regatta off the Barceloneta.

Mallorca and Ibiza

Water activities, paellas by the sea and finca days with our own teams on the islands: the team building that doubles as a reward and an incentive.

How we build it

1

Tell us about the team

How many you are, city, approximate date and goal (integrate, celebrate, unblock). By form or WhatsApp, in English if you prefer.

2

Proposal within 24–48 h

With 2–3 activities that fit, a venue, catering and a fixed written quote. No obligation.

3

We fine-tune it together

Activity, timings, diets and the level of competitiveness — which can be dialled up or down.

4

Activity day

Monitors, materials and team ready; all you have to do is play.

Case study

A team building that hit the mark

Team cooking

60 people, two freshly merged companies

A freshly merged team of 60 — half in Madrid, half remote — spent a day cooking in mixed brigades: the groups were drawn by lot so nobody cooked with their own department. They ate what they cooked, voted for the winning team, and the following Monday the emails between departments no longer started with «Dear all».

Team building FAQs

How many people can a team building be planned for?

From teams of 10 to groups of more than 200. With large groups we work in rotations or several parallel activities so nobody stands around watching. The size defines the venue and the number of monitors, and the proposal is dimensioned to fit.

Which activity suits my goal?

To integrate new teams, the food experiences in mixed brigades; to let off steam, outdoor and olympics; for analytical teams, mystery and escape; to reinforce culture, the charity formats. Tell us the goal in the form and the proposal arrives with the two or three options that fit best.

How long does an activity last and when is the best time?

Usually between 2 and 4 hours, during work hours — half a day is the most appreciated format — or as a full day with lunch included. The strong seasons are spring and September to November, when the activity and the year-end dinner combine beautifully.

Can it be combined with a team lunch or dinner?

Yes — it’s our star format: activity in the afternoon and table afterwards, in the same venue and within the same proposal. In the food experiences the meal is already part of the game. See how we plan corporate Christmas dinners to round off the day.

Do you run activities in English or other languages?

Yes: we facilitate in four languages, which comes in especially handy with international teams and with the team buildings we plan in Mallorca and Ibiza. Materials, instructions and the facilitator adapt to the group’s language — or to whatever mix there is.

What if it rains? And what if I only need staff for my event?

Every outdoor activity comes with a plan B locked in beforehand: a covered venue or an indoor version of the same dynamic. And if your event is already organised and you’re just missing the people, take a look at event staff in Madrid or in Barcelona.
