The company party is the corporate event with the longest memory: months later nobody recalls the kick-off agenda, but everyone remembers the party. So we treat it as a project in its own right: a venue with atmosphere (rooftop, private room, villa or finca), catering and bar to match, music or a show, and a floor team that keeps the night flowing without anyone having to ask twice.
Christmas party? That’s our high season. The best venues in every city are booked by early autumn, so the earlier you write to us, the more options you’ll have.
Here’s our difference versus other corporate event agencies: we don’t subcontract the execution. The catering comes out of our kitchen, the service is delivered by our floor team and the setup is done by our own people. At a corporate event that means a short chain of command: if at 8:37 pm the cocktail needs to start early because the presentation finished ahead of schedule, it’s decided and done in a minute — no calls to third parties.

Summer party
A Madrid tech company asked us for its summer party for 180 people with three weeks to go. We found an available rooftop, closed catering, bar and DJ in five days, and on the night the HR team was exactly where it should be: at the party, not running the logistics.
Anniversary
For a family company’s anniversary we produced a gala: staging, a three-course menu, full service and programme coordination. The founder toasted exactly on time — and the party ended three hours later than planned, which is how good anniversaries should end.

Yes, both. We source and manage the venue based on the format and area you need, and the catering comes from our own kitchen, with menus adapted to allergies, intolerances and preferences. We can also run the event at your offices if you prefer.
It depends on the format: a party or a dinner works well with 4–8 weeks, while a convention or a big anniversary appreciates 3–6 months. In hot periods (June and October to December) the best venues go fast, so the earlier you talk to us, the more options you’ll have.
Yes. Our team works in four languages, during the planning and at the event itself, and we’re used to attendees from several countries — especially at the incentives and kick-offs we produce in Mallorca and Ibiza. Event materials can be prepared in several languages too.
Yes. We can build a team activity into the event — before dinner, at the family day or as a full day — with monitors, materials and logistics included. Tell us the goal (bonding, onboarding, celebration) and we’ll propose the format that fits best.
