Corporate Christmas dinners (and company dinners your team will actually remember)

We plan company dinners end to end: we source the venue, design the menu, serve it with our own floor and kitchen team and run the whole night — after-party included, if the team has earned it. Christmas dinners, team lunches and company celebrations in Madrid, Barcelona, Mallorca and Ibiza, as part of our event planning service. Tell us the date and the headcount and within 24–48 h you’ll have a proposal with a fixed written quote, no obligation.

Every year, the same scene: someone at the office inherits «the Christmas dinner» and spends two weeks calling restaurants that can’t fit forty people, won’t confirm a set menu or won’t allow music. There’s a better way to do it — and it starts with not looking for a restaurant.

Company Christmas dinners: our high season

The Christmas dinner is the company dinner that matters most: the one the whole team looks forward to — and the one everyone notices when it falls flat. Our proposal is different from a restaurant’s: we don’t give you a table, we give you the whole night. A venue with atmosphere — a private room, a covered terrace, a finca or a villa —, a menu from our own kitchen that isn’t «the group menu», service by our own people and, if the night calls for it, a bar, music and a party until whatever time HR says (or a little later).

Planning it from abroad or for an international team based in Spain? We do it all the time: we assist in four languages, plan everything remotely and give you a single point of contact from the first email to the last drink.

Dinner formats we plan

Gala dinner

Dressed tables, a several-course menu and polished service: the elegant night to close a great year.

Informal team dinner

A relaxed format — buffet, food stations or a standing dinner cocktail — for teams that would rather mingle than sit.

Dinner with after-party

What the team is really asking for: a well-served dinner and then a bar, music or a show without changing venue.

Christmas team lunch

For teams with shifts, families or sensible hangovers: the same standard, in daylight.

What’s included: the venue, the menu and the whole night coordinated

Here’s the difference between booking a place and planning a dinner. Our proposal covers everything the night needs — and only what you’re missing, if part of it is already sorted:

The venue

Private rooms, terraces, fincas, villas or that restaurant that actually fits. We shortlist real options in your city and handle the booking.

The menu

From our own kitchen, with allergies, intolerances and preferences genuinely solved — not with «the alternative dish».

The service

Floor and bar covered by our own people, trained in-house. It’s where we come from as a company, and you can tell in the pace of the night.

The party

Music, a DJ or a show, with setup and teardown included.

The coordination

One manager in charge all night and a single point of contact for you from the first email.

Book before October: the real Christmas dinner calendar

We say it every year and every year it’s true: the best Christmas venues in Spain are booked in September and October. This is how the real calendar of corporate Christmas dinners works:

September

The good venues start closing out the Fridays and Thursdays of December. Book now and you choose; wait and you settle.

October

Venue and date get locked in. There’s still room to choose well.

November

Menus, diets and timings are finalised. The slots left are the ones nobody wanted.

December

Urgent requests only — which we also solve, just with fewer options to pick from.

The ideal date? The first two weeks of December, before the final rush of everyone’s agendas. Write to us now and you start ahead of the pack.

Company dinners and team celebrations all year round

December may be our high season, but company dinners and lunches aren’t only about Christmas: quarter closings, farewells, team anniversaries, summer dinners on a terrace or that dinner «because we’ve earned it». The format is the same — venue, menu, service and coordination — and the proposal just as tailored. If what you need is a full corporate event, with a presentation or an activity included, see our corporate event planning page; and if you want to warm the night up before sitting down, a team building activity beforehand works wonders.

Case study

A Christmas dinner that went off without a hitch

Christmas dinner

Dinner for 80 employees in Madrid

A Madrid company asked us to plan its Christmas dinner for 80 employees. We booked the venue in October, closed a menu with options for every diet and set up an after-party with a bar and music. The organiser made her toast at the table — not from the kitchen.

Corporate Christmas dinner FAQs

When should we start planning the company Christmas dinner?

Ideally in September, and October at the latest: that’s when the best venues close out the Fridays of December. November is for finalising menus and details. Running late? Write to us anyway — solving dinners against the clock is part of the job, just with fewer venues to choose from.

Do you adapt menus to allergies, intolerances and diets?

Yes, and without drama: the menu comes out of our own kitchen, so gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or halal options are designed in from the start, not improvised on the night. We just need the list of restrictions a few days ahead so nobody ends up dining on side dishes.

Do you plan dinners for large and small teams?

Both. We’ve served intimate dinners for 15 in a private room and company dinners for more than 200 with an after-party. What changes is the venue and the format; what never changes is that the proposal is designed around your team.

Do you only do Christmas dinners, or the rest of the year too?

All year round: company lunches, quarter closings, farewells, team anniversaries and summer dinners. December is our high season, but the format — venue, menu, service and a single point of contact — works just as well on a Thursday in May.

Can you take care of just the venue, or just the menu?

Yes. Some companies already have the place and ask us for the menu and the service; others the other way round. Tell us what you have covered and the proposal will fill in exactly what’s missing, nothing duplicated. We can also coordinate dinners in several cities at once.

What if we already have a restaurant and only need the floor staff?

We’ve got you covered too — reinforcing services is where we started as a company. Take a look at event staff in Madrid or in Barcelona and request a quote for the service alone.
