Why an agency with in-house teams makes the difference
Most event planning companies design the event… and subcontract the people who serve it. We don’t. The floor, kitchen and setup team you’ll see at your event is Grupo Picolín’s own: we recruit them, train them and coordinate them ourselves, because staffing is where we come from as a company.

Barcelona
Our home turf. In Barcelona we plan everything from company dinners in singular venues to private parties by the sea, with home advantage: trusted suppliers, venues we know inside out and immediate reaction capacity.
Mallorca
Fincas among olive groves, quiet coves and growing demand for corporate events and incentives: in Mallorca, having a team based on the island changes everything. We plan destination weddings, team building, incentives and private celebrations with no travel dependencies.

What does an event planning agency actually do?
It takes care of everything your event needs: it proposes and books the venue, designs the catering, manages setup, production and suppliers, and coordinates the whole day. In our case, the team serving the event is also our own — never subcontracted.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
It depends on the event: a wedding is usually planned 6–12 months ahead, a corporate event 1–3, and a Christmas dinner is ideally locked in by September or October. Short on time? Write to us anyway — we’re good at solving urgent briefs.
Which cities do you plan events in?
We plan full events in Madrid, Barcelona, Mallorca and Ibiza, where we have our own teams and trusted venues. For other parts of Spain, tell us your case and we’ll be completely honest about whether we can deliver the standard you deserve.
Can you take care of just one part of the event?
Yes. Some clients already have the venue and ask us for catering and coordination; others the other way round. We listen to what you have covered and what you don’t, and the proposal we send covers exactly what’s missing — nothing duplicated.
Do you work with international clients?
All the time. We assist clients and guests in four languages, plan destination weddings and events remotely, and keep you updated at every step so distance is never a problem. Many of our couples and companies are based outside Spain.
