What people ask us.
How much does it cost to hire waiters for an event?
It depends on the number of staff, the service hours and the location. We work by the hour, with a minimum of 4 hours per person and service. Tell us about your event and we will send you a fixed, no-obligation quote.
How many waiters do I need?
As a guide, a standing cocktail usually needs one waiter per 20-25 guests and a seated dinner one per 10-12. We help you work it out for your type of service.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, especially in high season (May to October in the Balearics) and in December. Even so, we also try to cover last-minute requests.
What uniform do the staff wear?
All black by default. If you have your own uniform or prefer another style (white shirt, blazer, apron…), we adapt.
Do you work with catering companies?
Yes, it is a big part of what we do: we reinforce catering teams at fincas, hotels and corporate events with staff who fit into the way you work.
Which areas do you cover?
Mallorca, Ibiza, Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia, and we travel to other parts of Spain depending on the event.
