A wedding planner with in-house teams: what makes us different

Most wedding planners design the wedding and then subcontract everything else: the catering to one company, the service to another, the setup to a third. We come from the other side: we’ve spent years serving weddings and events with our own floor, kitchen and setup teams, so when we plan a wedding we don’t cross our fingers on the big day. The people serving your banquet are ours — trained by us, answering to us.

That translates into three things every couple cares about:

A single point of contact

From the first call to the last drink, you talk to the same person — in English if you prefer. No chasing five different suppliers.

Execution without surprises

The person planning the banquet timing is the one who will serve it. The pace between courses, the cocktail, the cake cutting: one team controls it all.

A fixed written quote

Before you say yes, you know exactly what your wedding includes. A detailed proposal within 24–48 h, no obligation, no small print.

What full wedding planning includes

Every wedding is different and every proposal is tailored, but full planning usually covers:

  • Venue scouting: fincas, villas, gardens and singular venues in Madrid, Barcelona, Mallorca and Ibiza.
  • Catering and banquet: menu design by our own kitchen, a tasting session, and menus adapted to allergies, intolerances and kids.
  • In-house floor and kitchen service: the same team that has served more than 500 events.
  • Supplier coordination: flowers, décor, music, photography, guest transport.
  • Wedding-day coordination: one person in charge of everything, from the first canapé to the last dance.
  • Setup and teardown: we arrive first, leave last, and the venue is returned exactly as we found it.

Want us to handle just part of it — say, the banquet and the service, because the décor is already sorted? We can do that too. The proposal adapts to what you actually need.

Destination weddings in Mallorca and Ibiza, city weddings in Madrid and Barcelona

We plan weddings where we’re at home: Madrid and Barcelona, with fincas and urban venues for city weddings, and Mallorca and Ibiza, where every year more couples — many from abroad — celebrate their destination wedding by the sea.

In the Balearics we play with home advantage: we know the islands’ villas and fincas, we work with trusted local suppliers and we look after couples and guests in four languages. If you dream of getting married in Mallorca or Ibiza but live a thousand miles away, we are your eyes, hands and palate on the island.

Real weddings

Every wedding we plan adds a story

The dinner that ran two hours long because nobody wanted to leave the table, the surprise toast that almost made us cry too, the August storm we solved with a plan B the guests took for part of the design. Here are a few.

Destination wedding

From abroad to a finca in Mallorca

A couple living abroad wanted a 120-guest wedding in Mallorca without knowing the island. We shortlisted three venues, arranged the visits over one weekend, closed the banquet and suppliers remotely and coordinated the whole day. They only flew twice: to choose the finca — and to get married.

Plan B

The storm nobody noticed

An August downpour in the middle of an open-air wedding: we activated the rehearsed plan B and moved the banquet under cover in twenty minutes. The guests assumed it was part of the design.

Banquet

The dinner that didn’t want to end

A three-course menu and an after-dinner that stretched two hours because nobody wanted to get up. The floor team adjusted the timings on the fly without the couple having to ask for a thing.

Wedding planning FAQs

What does a wedding planner actually do?

A wedding planner organises and coordinates your wedding: finds the venue, designs the banquet, manages suppliers and runs the day so everything goes to plan. In our case we also serve the wedding with our own floor and kitchen team, so planning and execution go hand in hand.

How far in advance should we start planning a wedding in Spain?

Ideally 12–18 months ahead, especially if you want a specific finca or a high-season date (May–October). That said, we’ve planned beautiful weddings with six months or less: write to us and we’ll tell you what’s realistic for your date.

Can you coordinate just the wedding day?

Yes. If you have almost everything organised, we can step in as wedding-day coordinators only: we review your plan, lock the timing with your suppliers and run the day so you don’t have to keep an eye on anything.

Do you plan destination weddings in Mallorca and Ibiza?

Yes — it’s one of our specialities. We find the villa or finca, coordinate trusted local suppliers and organise everything remotely, with visits condensed so you don’t travel more than necessary. We know the islands and work on them all year round.

Do you work with international couples?

Yes. Our team assists in four languages, both with the couple during the planning and with the guests on the wedding day. It’s one of the reasons so many couples from outside Spain choose us to get married in the Balearics.

What if we already have the venue and only need the service?

No problem — we work that way too. We can provide the floor, kitchen or setup team for your wedding without taking on the full planning. Take a look at our event staff service or write to us directly.
