Company dinners in Mallorca: a finca, your team and everything else taken care of

We plan company dinners in Mallorca with our own team based on the island: we propose the finca, the agroturismo or the venue in Palma, cook the menu, serve it with our own people and coordinate the whole night — no suppliers arriving by ferry, no «island surcharge» surprises. It’s the Mallorca edition of our corporate Christmas dinners service: tell us the date and the headcount and within 24–48 h you’ll have a proposal with a fixed written quote, no obligation.

A company dinner in Mallorca holds a card the big capitals envy: twenty minutes from any office in Palma there’s a finca among almond trees where you can dine under the stars. The question isn’t whether there’s a beautiful venue — it’s who sets it up for you without you chasing five suppliers, possibly in a language you don’t speak.

Company dinners at Mallorca fincas: the format that always wins

The finca is to the Mallorcan company dinner what Friday is to December: the standard. And with good reason — room for cocktail, dinner and party without disturbing anyone, parking, and that sense of switching off a city restaurant can’t give. We work in the areas where the island celebrates:

  • Palma and its bay: hotels, palacetes and urban venues for elegant dinners a step from the office.
  • Es Pla and the wine country (Binissalem, Santa Maria): fincas among the vineyards, with a cellar for the cocktail and a courtyard for the party.
  • Calvià, Andratx and the southwest: villas and venues with a sunset, for leadership dinners and year-end closings.
  • Agroturismos in the north and the Llevant: for teams that want to turn the dinner into a getaway.

We propose two or three real options, free on your date, with the transport from Palma or from the team’s hotel already thought through.

Island companies and teams that fly in: two dinners, one house

Half of our Mallorcan dinners are for companies based in Palma — law firms, clinics, nautical businesses, local tech — that want their Christmas dinner without the hassle. The other half arrives by plane: teams from mainland Spain and the rest of Europe that pick Mallorca to close the year with something more than a dinner. For the first group we solve venue, menu and party; for the second we also coordinate with your hotel, fit the timings around the flights and plan everything remotely, in English, with a single point of contact. Want to turn it into a full year-end day? We combine it with a team building activity — the island version, with sea and finca, explains itself.

The end-of-season dinner: Mallorca’s other «Christmas»

There’s a dinner that matters as much on Mallorca as the December one: the end-of-season dinner. Hotels, restaurants, beach clubs and nautical companies close in October–November and celebrate the end of six flat-out months with their teams. We know that calendar well — it’s ours too — and we build end-of-season dinners with the same seriousness as a Christmas one: a finca or a big venue, a menu from our own kitchen, and a party for a team that has earned it like nobody else. If you run a hotel or a restaurant group on the island — from Palma or from a head office abroad —, tell us your closing dates and the proposal lands before the last check-out.

The island calendar: two seasons, one rule

On Mallorca, autumn squeezes twice — end of season and Christmas practically overlap — so the rule doesn’t change: book before October.

September

The good fincas close out November and December; the teams flying in lock flights and hotel.

October

End-of-season dinners in full swing; for Christmas there’s still good choice, especially midweek.

November

Peak dinner season on the island; the slots left are the ones nobody wanted.

December

Urgent requests — the island advantage is that the fight for Fridays is a little gentler than in Madrid or Barcelona, and a good venue can still be rescued.

End of season

150 employees from three hotels, one finca in Es Pla

A hotel chain from the bay of Palma asked us for its end-of-season dinner for 150 employees from three hotels. A finca in Es Pla, buses from each hotel, a Mallorcan buffet from our own kitchen and a DJ party. Everyone in that room had waited tables all year — except that night.

Company dinners in Mallorca: FAQs

Do you organise finca dinners with transport included?

Yes: a finca without transport is half a solution. We coordinate buses from Palma, from your offices or from the team’s hotel, with departure and return times agreed in advance. All you have to do is hop on.

We’re a company from outside the island — can we hold our year-end dinner in Mallorca?

More teams do it every year, from mainland Spain and from the rest of Europe. Tell us the dates and the size of the group, and we coordinate the venue, the menu, transport on the island and timings compatible with the flights — all planned remotely and in English if you prefer. If you want to add a team activity the same day, we build it into the proposal.

What is an end-of-season dinner and when does it happen?

It’s the big dinner of the island’s tourism sector: hotels, restaurants and nautical companies celebrate the end of the season with their teams, usually between mid-October and November. We plan it end to end — venue, menu, service and party — exactly like a Christmas dinner.

What if we’re a small team in Palma?

Also ours: a dinner for 15 or 20 in a Palma palacete or a celler with one long table is enjoyed just as much as one for 200 at a finca. The format changes; the tailored proposal and the single point of contact don’t.

How far ahead should we book on the island?

For November and December, in September; for end-of-season dinners, as soon as your company knows its closing date. Outside the autumn, the island gives you more slack — two or three weeks is usually plenty.

What if we already have the restaurant and only need the floor team?

Reinforcing services is where we come from, on the island too. Request a quote for the service alone at event staff in Mallorca and we’ll confirm a team within 24 hours.
